Neavita – Spezie per Vin Brulè
Racchiuso in un raffinato barattolo in latta dal colore bordeaux, decorato con erbe e frutti, questo mélange di frutta e spezie è l’alleato perfetto per preparare un autentico vin brulè da gustare in compagnia.
Una miscela dolce e avvolgente, dal carattere speziato e riscaldante, in cui le note di cannella, scorze e fette d’arancia, chiodi di garofano, mandorle, sambuco e mirtilli rossi e neri si fondono armoniosamente per creare un profumo intenso e un gusto ricco e deciso.
Basta un cucchiaio di mélange ogni 200 ml di vino per ottenere una bevanda profumata, corposa e piena di calore.
Ingredienti: Bacche di sambuco, fiori di ibisco, foglie di rovo dolce, mirtilli rossi, bacche di aronia, cannella, scorze di arancia, chiodi di garofano, fette di arancia, aromi, mandorle, mirtilli rossi, mirtilli neri, aroma naturale di rum, aromi, aromi naturali di cardamomo e chiodi di garofano.
Modalità d’uso: Versa in una pentola un cucchiaio di mélange per vin brulè, aggiungi un cucchiaino di zucchero e 200 ml di vino rosso. Per un gusto ancora più ricco, unisci qualche pezzo di mela e scorze di arancia. Porta a ebollizione e lascia sobbollire dolcemente per 4–5 minuti, fino a quando lo zucchero si sarà sciolto e l’alcool sarà evaporato. Lascia riposare per 2–3 minuti, poi filtra le spezie e servi caldo.
Consiglio: Una volta terminato l’infuso, il pratico barattolo in latta può essere riutilizzato come elegante contenitore per tisane o spezie.
